Project Manager in Heating 80-100% Mission: Plan, organize, coordinate and supervise heating projects, mainly in the context of energy renovations and replacement of existing installations with heat pumps. Ensure the preparation and proper execution of construction sites, respecting deadlines, quality, costs and safety requirements. Coordinate human, material and various resources (technical-commercial, technical office, suppliers, subcontractors and assembly teams) to ensure the smooth running of projects. Ensure administrative management and financial monitoring of construction sites (reports, measurements, expense reports, cost control, technical documentation, etc.). Be the reference contact for clients, architects, managers, contractors and partners throughout the implementation phase. Provide technical expertise in the fields of heat pumps, heat distribution systems and modern energy solutions, proposing solutions adapted to renovation constraints. Participate in the training, supervision and development of employees' and apprentices' skills. Contribute to the continuous improvement of working methods and ensure the application of standards and respect for health and safety rules. Profile: CFC in heating installation or equivalent training, higher education (federal certificate of project manager, foreman or equivalent) is an asset. Confirmed experience in managing and conducting heating construction sites, ideally in the field of heat pumps and energy renovation. Solid technical knowledge of modern heating systems, particularly heat pumps and their integration into existing buildings. Ease in monitoring construction site finances and managing resources. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously and manage priorities efficiently. Natural leadership, sense of responsibility and ability to unite teams around common goals. Customer orientation, excellent relational skills and taste for sustainable technical solutions. Sensitivity to energy transition issues and marked interest in new heating technologies.
