Are you passionate about technology? At ISS, you ensure the proper functioning of modern buildings. As a building technician, you ensure the perfect condition of electrotechnical installations or HVACSE systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electricity) - guaranteeing comfort, safety and efficiency at all times.

Your tasks: ###

• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance services on technical installations (Ventilation monoblocs, boilers, heat pumps, sanitary and other HVAC installations) in shift work
• Maintenance, troubleshooting and adjustment of technical installations
• Management of subcontracted work
• Compliance with safety, hygiene and environmental rules in all work
• Intervene in a protected environment, adjustment of temperature, humidity and overpressure
• Keeping up to date operating files, intervention reports, operating reports
• Participation in improvement projects

Your profile: ###

• Training in building maintenance (thermal or climate engineering) or equivalent training
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position in an industrial environment
• Mastery of French, English is a plus
• Very good experience in the administrative and technical management of small construction sites
• Very good use of standard IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Highly developed sense of customer service
• Good resistance to stress and flexibility
