Business Project Manager
Tasks
Independent planning, management, and implementation of demanding strategic as well as cross-divisional projects for the Customer Service & Logistics area – from initiation to successful handover to operational business
Management of the cooperation between Business (Customer Service & Logistics), IT, and external partners as well as ensuring efficient, on-time, and sustainable project implementation
Responsibility for project scope, deadlines, resources, and budget as well as active task, risk, and measure management
Planning and moderation of workshops and technical coordination as well as support for pilot phases, rollouts, and go-lives including communication, training, and change measures
Collaboration in the establishment and further development of the Project Management Office (PMO) as well as maintenance of the project portfolio, creation of reportings, and further development of project management standards and templates
Requirements
Completed vocational training, commercial training, or studies as well as initial or advanced training in project management, business administration, or a related field
Business fluent German skills and fluent English skills; other national languages are an advantage
Proven, multi-year experience in the management and independent control of demanding projects
Sound knowledge and practical experience in classical and agile project management as well as in cooperation with IT organizations
Strong organizational and analytical skills, a structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working as well as a confident appearance towards different stakeholders
