Gardener - Foreman with leadership responsibility

Activities

• Take over comprehensive care and maintenance of garden facilities as well as private green spaces
• Efficiently plan and coordinate work processes in the customer's garden
• Independently lead and accompany a small team of 2 to 3 employees
• Advise customers directly and competently recommend additional services
• Organize material requirements and document work assignments digitally
• Requirements
• Completed training as a Gardener Landscape Construction EFZ present
• Bring experience in garden maintenance with sound plant knowledge
• Ensure careful and precise work in all tasks
• Show teamwork skills as well as reliability and ideally possess initial leadership experience
• Possess driver's license category B, trailer experience is an advantage
