What you can achieve with us ## In this function, you lead a team of 5 SME advisors for Suisse romande. You set clear objectives, give regular feedback, develop your team in a targeted manner, and support them on a daily basis. Furthermore, you contribute to establishing and promoting an open team culture based on trust and performance. In daily operational activities, you advise and support our general agencies in implementing underwriting adapted to risks and the market. You accompany our insurance advisors during client visits and perform in-depth risk analyses and assessments. In addition, you coordinate and implement the technical training and professional development of the general agencies. You also lead certain projects and collaborate on exciting missions within interdisciplinary teams. Furthermore, you plan market development activities, observe market evolution, and conduct written and oral contractual negotiations with internal and external partners (management, general agencies, intermediaries, and SME clients). What you bring ## • Higher education specific to insurance (e.g., federal diploma / higher vocational school) or business management training (uni, HES or ES) • Several years of professional experience in risk assessment in the SME field as well as sales experience in corporate insurance • Experience in team leadership • Experience in project management and process optimization • Strong hands-on orientation and a pronounced sense of service • Committed, communicative and proactive person, with a developed team spirit • Availability to travel and to work flexibly (regardless of location) • Fluent command of German and French, any other language is an asset Working with us ## Look forward to varied work within the SME Underwriting department, which consists of four teams.
