Deputy Head of Cleaning Day Service / Responsibility Evening Service 80-100% Your tasks Deputy management in administrative, technical, organizational and personnel management of the cleaning department Deputy management in the organization and control of cleaning work, maintenance and basic cleaning Co-design of the cleaning business area Collaboration in maintenance, intermediate and basic cleaning of all rooms Collaboration in bed cleaning and the bed center Cleaning of patient rooms after patient discharge Cleaning of isolation rooms Ensuring quality and service standards Collaboration in projects, organizational tasks and the further development of daily processes in the cleaning area The position is mainly scheduled for late shifts from 13.00 to 22.00. Additional flexible early or day shifts are possible, e.g. from 06.00 to 15.00 or from 07.00 to 16.00, depending on operational requirements Your profile Completed vocational training as a specialist in household management EFZ (further training in the field of household management is an advantage) Leadership experience Very good MS-Office skills, digital fitness and networked thinking Professional experience in the field of cleaning - healthcare (hospital) is an advantage Efficient, independent and reliable working method Resilient and conscientious personality Flexibility with regard to working hours Well-groomed appearance High customer orientation and team ability Good spoken and written German language skills Do you have questions?
