Production Worker 100% (3-shift)
In this function, you are mainly responsible for the manufacture of our own, high-quality products such as, for example, krokant, Choco-Dragées, nougat, and pastes. In doing so, you maintain the required quality specifications at all times and bear co-responsibility in the areas of quality and schedule controls as well as the corresponding record-keeping. In addition, you are responsible for efficient warehouse management according to FIFO.
We are looking for a committed and motivated personality who likes to roll up their sleeves and appreciates a collegial, family-like working environment. You have completed training in the food sector (e.g., Baker-Confectioner etc.) and are used to working precisely and efficiently. Ideally, you bring initial experience in a production plant. Furthermore, you are independent, resilient, conscientious, and flexible. Willingness to work in a three-shift system is a prerequisite. Good German skills in speaking and writing are necessary.
