Your main tasks

• Independent execution of maintenance, repair, and servicing work on production plants, machines, and technical building facilities
• Control and supervision of all building technology as well as ensuring trouble-free operation
• Monitoring of air conditioning, alarm, and fire protection systems
• Care and maintenance of indoor and outdoor areas including minor landscaping work
• Responsibility for order and cleanliness around the facility
• Coordination and supervision of external craftsmen, service technicians, and other service providers
• Support during technical malfunctions and arising special tasks

Your profile

• Completed training as a specialist in facility management, caretaker, or a comparable technical training is an advantage
• Professional experience in the field of facility management, operational maintenance, or building technology
• Technical understanding and enjoyment in finding practical solutions
• Manual dexterity and an independent, reliable way of working
• Sense of responsibility as well as a strong awareness of quality and cleanliness
• Team player, flexible and resilient personality
• Readiness for on-call or special assignments outside of regular working hours, for example in the event of technical or fire alarms as well as assignments during lunchtime, in the evening, or on Saturday
