Scope of work ###

• Taking responsibility: You manage the branch under your own responsibility and are responsible for the business success of the branch
• Pursuing goals: You implement measures to achieve ambitious sales goals with your team
• Optimizing store image: With a trained eye, you ensure an appealing and sales-promoting store image
• Leading the team: You lead and motivate your team to sustainable top performance
• Efficient deployment planning: To ensure smooth operations, you are responsible for demand-oriented personnel deployment planning
• Pitching in: As a role model, you are actively involved on the sales floor and demonstrate a "hands-on mentality"

• Education: Completed training in retail
• Experience: Professional experience in branch management or in a deputy position
