Le Foyer de l-Envol is a socio-professional integration structure offering accommodation to ten young adults between 16 and 25 years old suffering from psychosocial difficulties. The goal of the stay is to accompany these residents by promoting the development of their learning abilities in all areas of their lives to enable them to integrate into an individual or supervised apartment at the end of the stay, when possible.

We also support them in setting up an occupational activity or implementing a professional integration project. We also offer home support at the end of the residential reception.

To successfully carry out our mission, we attach paramount importance to the quality of interpersonal relationships, as well as to group dynamics. For reasons of team balance, we are looking for a collaborator for 1er février 2027.

Your mission

Accompany and support the residents in their daily life

Develop and implement the individualized support project in partnership with the resident, according to the recovery model

Accompany residents in administrative and financial management, as well as in the implementation of a professional project

Collaborate actively with network partners
