For our location Baden (AG), to complement our team, Transport/Logistics, we are looking for a committed and motivated personality as a Recruiter (m/f/d) starting immediately.

Your tasks: ###

• Active search for suitable candidates via various recruitment channels (RAV, internet, social media, internal operating system etc.)
• Daily telephone contact with applicants and existing candidates
• Recruitment of new employees by undertaking the pre-selection
• Creating, placing and managing advertisements, mailings and job postings
• Independent coordination of job interviews in the branch
• Obtaining references by telephone, creating dossiers, candidate maintenance in the system
• Intensive cooperation between the applicants and the branch manager

Your profile: ###

• Commercial basic training or already experience in a similar function as a personnel clerk, personal assistant, office specialist or recruiter
• Native language CH-German, further language skills in Italian, Spanish or Portuguese are an advantage
• Resilient, flexible, team-oriented personality (recent graduates or career returners welcome)
• You work independently and are an organizational talent
