For the Entre-Bois after-school care, which welcomes children from 7P and 8P, we are recruiting 1 early childhood educator or sociocultural animator at an activity rate of 63% on an auxiliary contract for a replacement lasting 9 months.

In full expansion, the Domaine parascolaire seeks to equip itself with committed and creative individuals to develop the mission of this recent field of social work. The mission in APEMS is focused on the development of children's social skills through their participation in community life. APEMS are located in the heart of Lausanne neighborhoods, close to schools. The implementation of collective projects, the development of partnerships with stakeholders around the children, reflection, and the formation of pedagogical projects as a team are the essential actions that support and sustain the daily reception of the group of children.

Duration

Auxiliary contract for a duration of 9 months

Main mission(s)

Ensure the care of a group of children in accordance with the pedagogical line while maintaining the global vision

Include the various stakeholders in the reception and education of the group of children

Propose, manage, and document projects involving several internal and external stakeholders

Cooperate with the management on the general functioning of the structure

Respond to specific administrative tasks

Profile

Title of social educator (HES or ES) or sociocultural animator (HES) recognized according to the competency framework of the law on childcare (LAJE)

Proven professional experience in the development of specific projects and activities

Good knowledge of collective care settings and group dynamics

Ability to document one's own activity and that of the group of children

Able to develop a participatory process within one's team and within the community of children

Ability to interact with the environment and partners around the structure, to develop synergies and engage the collective in external projects

Special conditions

Clean criminal records (ordinary and special)

Split hours distributed over 5 days of the week

Schedule without activity during school holidays
