Facility Management Manager (f/m) 80-100% Our TFM department, which ensures the maintenance as well as the provision of all Group premises to our employees, is looking for a: Facility Management Manager (f/m) 80-100% Profile CFC in the fields of sanitary, heating, ventilation, electricity or training deemed equivalent. Additional training in Facility Management or building maintenance, an asset. 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar function in technical building management or Facility Management. Good technical knowledge of HVAC/E installations. Knowledge of SIA standards and regulations applicable to buildings. Mastery of Microsoft Office tools and ease of learning CMMS tools or equivalent Ability to read and interpret technical plans as well as electrical and hydraulic diagrams. Versatility, reactivity and solution orientation. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal ease. Team spirit and sense of service. Driving license category B. Responsibilities Ensure the energy monitoring of buildings and analyze consumption (electricity, heating, water, hot/cold) in order to identify any deviations. Organize and monitor the preventive and corrective maintenance of technical installations. Coordinate service providers and control the quality of interventions. Prepare specifications, consult companies and monitor the execution of works. Ensure the monitoring of construction sites and reporting to the manager. Manage and update technical and regulatory documentation. Ensure the administrative monitoring of maintenance contracts and suppliers. Receive, analyze and coordinate intervention requests via the CMMS (Planon, Dalux or equivalent). Perform initial diagnostics and coordinate troubleshooting.
