Our placement agency, specializing in the medical sector, is currently looking for an ASSC profile in EMS for a permanent 80% position to be filled quickly; the establishment is located on the outskirts of Lausanne.

Your ASSC missions ##

• Perform basic care and delegated care according to current protocols
• Observe, identify and transmit changes in the health status of residents
• Accompany residents in activities of daily living (mobility, meals, hygiene, etc.)
• Apply hygiene, safety and prevention rules
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams (nurses, doctors, ASE, housekeeping)
• Participate in individualized follow-up and team meetings
• Ensure rigorous traceability of care (computerized file)

Your profile ###

• CFC d'ASSC mandatory
• Good mastery of technical care and IT tools
• Knowledge of pathologies related to aging and dependency
• Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy and listening skills
• Rigor, team spirit and sense of responsibility

Conditions ####

• Continuous day shifts or split shifts (max. 4 days/month)
