Your field of activity

Your motto is to make: you are largely responsible for making HGC the number one reference in the field of building envelope & wood. To achieve this, you have great freedom of action that you know how to use as a sector connoisseur and player. Competent and motivated colleagues in internal service and category management develop the best solutions with you for our demanding clients in the bilingual region of Bienne and the Bernese Jura. You maintain and develop your network, facilitate and make work efficient for existing clients, and win new clients through innovative solutions. In addition to your skills, the dynamics of HGC help you to offer real added value. Of course, the most modern tools are at your disposal to achieve your objectives.

Your profile

If trust, change, and responsibility are important to you personally and you want to evolve the construction sector, then you share essential values with HGC. You like to celebrate successes and convince others through your personality, competence, and integrity. You know how to successfully develop and implement sales strategies and are now looking for a new exciting challenge in an environment of players. Ideally, you have completed training as a carpenter, joiner, or roofer with corresponding professional experience and can already justify several years of experience in sales. Communication in German and French is easy for you. Good IT knowledge (MS Office, ERP, CRM) is a matter of course for you. Residing in the sales region is a great advantage.
