The Ministère public is the criminal prosecution authority for the entire Vaud territory. It is therefore the body that directs the preliminary criminal procedure and investigations into offenses brought to its attention, when they concern adults. It also represents the prosecution before the courts and various judicial authorities. The Ministère public is composed of the Ministère public central, the 4 district offices and the cantonal Ministère public STRADA. Responsibilities ## • Plan and ensure the proper maintenance of the Ministère public's accounting • Prepare the budget and ensure its monitoring • Manage statistics and indicators • Supervise the management of sequestrations In addition to the above activities, you may be required to perform specific tasks, notably in connection with the SCI and financial projects. Qualifications ## • CFC in commercial employment or an equivalent title • Proven experience in a similar position, ideally in a public administration • Continuing education in finance and accounting, an asset • Proficiency with IT tools, mainly Excel • Knowledge of SAP software, a serious asset • Rigor, adaptability, spirit of mutual aid and listening skills • Flexibility, resistance to stress and discretion • Respect for standards and procedures, analytical and synthesis skills • Sense of organization, responsibility and public service ethics • Clean criminal record and free of debt collection or certificates of unpaid debts Engaging in secondary activity in the same field of activity is considered a conflict of interest and is therefore incompatible with the position.
