We are looking for you as a Service Leader (m/f) Elevators - Region Oberwallis as soon as possible. Your role In this position, you will lead a team of around 5 service technicians. You will supervise maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting work independently and autonomously. Your tasks Responsible for the safety of users and employees Responsible for providing our services according to the requirements of the maintenance contract (troubleshooting, repairs, periodic maintenance work) Responsible for processing and resolving open customer inquiries and complaints, as well as safety issues with plants (shutdown for safety reasons) Responsible for selling repairs including processing (invoice control, etc.) Responsible for controlling operating costs Preparation of maintenance planning and route optimization, responsible for resource planning (including financial results) Direct contact person for the customer (e.g., administration) and responsible for internal and external communication Responsibility for applying the correct KONE methods and processes Responsibility for administrative tasks (HR and reports) Your profile Completed vocational training in the field of mechanics and/or electrical engineering, ideally in both areas (higher qualifications in these areas, e.g., higher technical school, an advantage) Several years of experience in a similar position in the elevator sector an advantage Experience in team management desired and an advantage Good knowledge of safety and management standards (quality assurance, P&L, etc.) Native language German with excellent oral knowledge of the Swiss language to communicate with other service leaders in Western Switzerland. Bilingual welcome! English skills are an advantage.
