CAM Programming and Process Optimization Specialist 100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Programming and optimizing CNC processes in Mastercam, with a focus on stable processes and consistently high execution quality
• Driving the CAM strategy and actively participating in the further development of manufacturing technology competencies within the company
• Developing CAM guidelines, programming concepts, and digital structures for tools and process data
• Identifying potential for improvement regarding efficiency, digitalization, and automation, as well as consistently implementing corresponding measures
• Passing on CAM knowledge to employees through targeted training and securing manufacturing know-how within the company
• Maintaining master data in CAM and MES systems as well as participating in projects related to MES, digitalization, and investment projects

Your profile

• Completed technical basic training in the machining sector, ideally as a Polymechaniker EFZ, supplemented by further training at HF or FH level, preferably in process technology, production technology, or mechanical engineering
• Sound knowledge of CNC machining and proven experience as a CAM specialist, knowledge of Mastercam is an advantage
• Initial experience with Fanuc CNC controls
• Experience in dealing with manufacturing execution systems and ERP systems as well as in digitalization and automation projects
• Strong coordination and communication skills, committed, resilient, and independent way of working with high levels of structure
• German: Proficient (C2) / English: Very good (B2)
