Tasks & Challenges

• Leadership of 5 managers and a total of 40 employees
• Organization of the business and compliance with budget specifications
• Rota design, holiday, day off, and public holiday planning
• Daily and monthly closings, inventory
• Management of partnerships
• Execution of events
• Ensuring a first-class service process
• Training, coaching, and development of employees
• Recruitment, teambuilding
• Team meetings and training
• Exciting projects

Qualifications & Competencies

• Completed training in gastronomy or hotel management
• Completed hotel management school or G2/G3 entrepreneur seminar
• Sound business administration know-how
• Several years of experience in leadership
• Service-oriented, always goes the extra mile
• Organizational talent, maintains an overview in hectic times
• Very good wine knowledge
• Entrepreneurial thinking, proactive action
• High level of resilience, self-motivation, commitment, will
• Winning personality
• Languages: German and English, other languages are an advantage
