Your tasks You work as a senior physician at ZKJF Frauenfeld. This includes supervising medical and psychological colleagues, training and guiding new colleagues, actively participating in further education and training, and also managing your own cases. You actively accompany clinic-internal processes such as Lean Management and have an interest in management, good exchange with surrounding institutions, and the implementation of new therapeutic services. You participate as a background physician in the duty roster of Clienia Littenheid AG. Your profile You come from Switzerland or the EU/EFTA area and enjoy working with children, adolescents, and their families. You are a specialist in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy, have good integration skills, and enjoy working interdisciplinary in a team.
