Are you an Elektroinstallateur:in EFZ and want to take the next career step? Or do you already bring experience in project management and are looking for a new challenge? In the new construction of the RBS-Bahnhof Bern, you will work on one of the largest infrastructure projects in Switzerland and develop yourself step by step. Together with our project team, you will realize modern electrical systems and increasingly take on responsibility in technical and organizational project processing.

WHAT YOU CAN MOVE WITH US
You support sub-projects and, depending on experience, independently take over individual areas of responsibility.
You coordinate installation personnel, suppliers, and subcontractors on the construction site.
You assist with schedule planning, cost control, and project organization.
You coordinate with planners and other trades.
You support commissioning, acceptance, and project documentation.
With increasing experience, you take on more responsibility up to independent project management.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THIS
Completed training as an Elektroinstallateur:in EFZ
Further training as a Projektleiter:in Installation und Sicherheit, Sicherheitsberater:in or the motivation to pursue this path
Initial experience in project processing is an advantage
Independent and structured way of working
Team spirit, initiative, and enjoyment of technical challenges
Good German skills and availability in Bern from 1. January 2027 or by arrangement
