What you achieve ##

• You independently process demanding legal issues from the specialist departments of Schadencenters Romandie (motor vehicle, property, liability, and personal injury), with a focus on liability and insurance law
• You supervise and manage French-speaking litigation cases from the time they become pending
• You support the specialist departments in recourse cases
• You design and conduct internal training sessions
• You work closely with the claims and specialist departments in French-speaking Switzerland and also German-speaking Switzerland
• Givisiez is intended as your place of work, but this can also be Basel

What you bring ##

• You have a completed Swiss legal degree and a Swiss attorney's patent
• You bring several years of practical professional experience, preferably in an insurance environment and/or in the legal profession
• You have sound knowledge of liability and insurance law
• You convince through negotiation skills, assertiveness, and a solution-oriented way of working
• You are characterized by a high willingness to learn and commitment
• You have business fluent French skills in spoken and written form (mandatory) to support the French-speaking Switzerland locations and communicate at a very good level in German (language of communication in the associated team)
• You are prepared for a certain amount of travel (this for negotiations throughout French-speaking Switzerland as well as participation in team meetings in Basel)
