Assembly Operator - Referent

We are looking for an Assembly Operator Referent capable of combining production, technical expertise and operational support within a high-precision industrial environment. While remaining strongly involved in production activities, you will act as a local technical referent for your cell.

Missions
Perform assembly operations in accordance with quality procedures and standards.
Guarantee performance and production continuity within your scope.
Identify, analyze and report anomalies to the Team Leader.
Ensure good management of the cell's daily priorities in coordination with hierarchy.
Perform visual and functional controls of products in progress.
Perform first-level maintenance on equipment.
Provide technical support to operators through your field expertise.
Actively participate in continuous improvement actions.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety and 5S standards.
Contribute to versatility and the sharing of best practices within the team.
Candidate Profile
Training or experience in mechanics, microtechnology, industrial assembly or similar field.
Proven experience in an industrial production environment.
Excellent technical skills and strong analytical capacity.
Ease in problem-solving and team support.
Developed sense of organization and priorities.
Team spirit and constructive communication.
Rigor, reliability and quality orientation.
Ability to evolve in a referent role without hierarchical responsibility.
