For our client, a clinic based in Luzern, we are looking for an agreement on a: Head of Surgical Ward 80 - 100% (w/m/d) ### Your area of responsibility: • You lead and organize a ward with 40 employees professionally, personally and organizationally • Together with your team, you ensure professional, cordial and high-quality care • You are present in the daily care routine, support your team professionally and accompany employees and trainees • You identify development and optimization potential and actively bring your ideas into projects and processes • You help shape the future of care, for example in new concepts or in interprofessional collaboration Your qualifications: • Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH with solid acute experience • Several years of management experience • Leadership training (or willingness to deepen it) • Structured, analytical thinking and business management understanding • Clarity in communication, decision-making strength and high reliability • Enjoyment in identifying potential and targeted development of employees Your place of work: • Luzern Your entry: • By agreement
