Welcome to KaffeeKlatsch!
In April 2026, we are opening our new central production in Jenaz. From there, we supply our five stores in Davos, Klosters, Chur and Rapperswil.
Our range extends from homemade bread to fine pastry specialties – everything produced with great love for the craft.

To strengthen our production team, we are looking for a committed personality starting November 2026 or by arrangement as:

Assistant Pastry Chef 60 - 80%

Your tasks

• Production of our bakery and pastry range for all KaffeeKlatsch stores
• Preparation and creation of the mise en place
• Compliance with hygiene regulations as well as cleaning work

Your profile

• Strong awareness of quality
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Team spirit and joy in collaboration
• Passion for our beautiful profession
• Interest in professional development
• Well-groomed appearance and high hygiene awareness

If you have completed training as a baker or pastry chef, this is an advantage.
We will train unskilled employees.
