In a dynamic, interdisciplinary environment, you have the opportunity to actively participate in pioneering technologies and to contribute your strengths in a targeted manner.   Inside Sales Clerk (m/f/d) ### Your Tasks ### • Support the field service in the creation of offers including technical documents (e.g., descriptions, schedules, compatibility overviews) • Independent creation and processing of offers for standard products • First point of contact for customer inquiries via telephone and e-mail • Professional preparation and dispatch of offer documents • Maintenance and updating of customer, offer, and project data in the ERP system • Organization and coordination of handover meetings between sales and project management • Interface to international locations (Germany, India, USA, France) • Control of price calculations as well as creation of reports and KPI evaluations Your Profile ### • Technical basic training combined with commercial understanding • Experience in inside sales is an advantage • Interest in complex mechatronic systems • Structured, cross-departmental way of thinking • Strength in the creation of technical and editorial documentation • Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing, French is an advantage • Confident handling of MS Office as well as ideally experience with ERP systems (e.g., AMS) • Independent, goal-oriented way of working, paired with assertiveness and communication skills Our client offers ### • Exciting and versatile activity in a technologically demanding environment • Flexible working hours with the possibility of home office • Support for professional and personal further education • Open, collegial corporate culture with short decision-making paths • International cooperation in an innovative and growing company Have we aroused your interest?
