Join us as: Transport Specialist 100% - M/F Based in Conthey and reporting to the Logistics department of CVL Cosmetics SA, headquarters of Groupe Valmont, you will guarantee the efficiency, security, cost optimization, and regulatory compliance of national and international transport operations for our company. At the same time, you will ensure the monitoring, analysis, and fight against the evolution of the grey market of our products by implementing and managing dedicated traceability tools. Your main missions will be the following: Operational transport management • Organize, plan, and coordinate all transport flows (shipments, receptions, internal transfers). • Select, negotiate contracts and rates, and manage the relationship with transport providers (road, maritime, air). • Manage transport incidents (delays, losses, damage, customs disputes) and implement corrective solutions. • Ensure the compliance and accuracy of transport documents (delivery notes, invoices, customs documents). Optimization & Performance • Analyze and optimize transport costs. • Define, implement, and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the efficiency of operations. • Participate in the selection and evaluation of providers based on performance criteria (costs, deadlines, reliability). • Propose and implement innovative and environmentally friendly transport solutions. Your profile: Education • Federal Diploma in International Shipping and Logistics Specialist or Supply Chain Management, or training deemed equivalent. - "Shipper" certifying diploma for the Air Transport of Dangerous Goods (DGR) mandatory. Professional experience - Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position within a transport, logistics, or supply chain department, preferably in an international context. - Proven experience in managing international transport operations and associated regulations. - Experience in compliance management and/or fighting against the grey market would be a major asset. Technical and behavioral skills • Excellent level of French and English (written and spoken). • Mastery of IT tools (ERP, TMS, advanced Excel). • Ability to analyze transport costs and performance. • Knowledge of transport regulations. • Sense of organization and rigor. • Negotiation and communication skills. • Reactivity to unforeseen events. • Analytical and results-oriented. • Team spirit and inter-departmental mutual aid.
