To strengthen this rapidly developing activity, which currently counts nearly 160 female and male employees, we are looking for an experienced person to fill the position of: HR Business Partner You will join the Energie 360° HR team and will be responsible for the Mobility business area. In direct contact with the operational teams, you will be part of the Mobility Leadership Team and will actively contribute to its development. You will work in Fribourg, Lausanne and Zurich-Altstetten. ? What you will be able to accomplish • You support the Mobility business area as a strategic partner to its management team. • You manage recruitments (in French and German) with a future-oriented vision and contribute to the strategic development of our recruitment approach. • You improve the experience of candidates, as well as that of female and male employees, throughout their life cycle. • You advise and coach managers with confidence in demanding situations, whether it is performance management, complex issues, or labor law. • You quickly identify bottlenecks within teams or the organization and implement concrete measures. • You develop, with managers, clear job profiles and sustainable team structures. • You bring structure to performance and feedback processes in a pragmatic way and without administrative heaviness. • You support managers in the identification and development of talents, succession planning, as well as in personnel decisions. • You actively support transformation, growth, and organizational development projects, in collaboration with the Business Development & Strategy team. • Through your daily commitment, you truly embody our corporate culture, far beyond the displayed values ? What you bring • Excellent command of French and German (negotiation level, ideally bilingual). • Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner/People Business Partner in a dynamic environment (for example, a start-up, a technology company, or an industrial company). • solid experience in recruitment via different channels; • Confirmed expertise in transformation processes • excellent advisory skills, good negotiation skills, and a confident presence with managers. • A pragmatic (hands-on) mindset, with the desire to move things forward and take on responsibilities. • Availability for regular travel. • And above all, a personality that will enrich our team both personally and professionally. ?
