Your Role: As an Asset Reliability Engineer, you ensure that the performance, availability, and reliability of our plants are sustainably improved. Through structured analyses, effective maintenance strategies, and technical improvement measures, you make a significant contribution to the long-term assurance of reliable and economical production. Your Profile: Your Role: Analyzing failures, maintenance costs, plant effectiveness, and risks, as well as identifying critical vulnerabilities and recurring sources of disruption; Developing and optimizing maintenance strategies based on reliability data, root cause analyses, and plant criticalities, to ensure an optimal relationship between preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance; Leading and supporting reliability initiatives using root cause, failure mode, and effects analyses as well as other reliability methods; Monitoring the implementation and effectiveness of improvement measures using relevant reliability KPIs (e.g., MTBF - Mean Time Between Failures, MTTR - Mean Time To Repair); Ensuring data quality in the CMMS and deriving recommendations for action for maintenance, planning, and investment projects; Further developing the reliability culture by promoting best practices, condition monitoring strategies, and standardized working methods. Your Profile: Expertise: Several years of professional experience in reliability engineering, maintenance, asset management, or engineering in an industrial environment; Sound knowledge of reliability methods such as RCA, FMEA, Risk Based Maintenance (RBM), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), as well as condition monitoring; Experience in using CMMS systems (ideally SAP PM) as well as in the analysis of maintenance and operating data; Knowledge of KPI systems such as MTBF, MTTR, OEE, and availability analyses. Personal Strengths: Strong analytical skills, high problem-solving competence, and a very good technical understanding; Ability to moderate interdisciplinary teams and drive improvement initiatives; Strong communication and persuasion skills; Independent, proactive, and result-oriented way of working.
