Due to upcoming retirements and sensible succession planning with sufficient induction time, we are looking for a communicative, independent and assertive personality as Specialist Legal Services & Social Policy 80 - 100% (a) What you move Independent provision of oral and written legal advice in labor and social insurance law Independent processing of legal cases, including settlement negotiations, litigation and debt collection in labor and social insurance law Knowledge transfer as a teacher in preparatory courses for professional examinations and higher specialist examinations, including creation and correction of written examinations as well as conducting oral examinations Co-shaping of social policy and association interests through deputying and supporting the Head of Social Policy as required Why you will succeed You have completed commercial or legal training You have sound knowledge of labor and social insurance law with corresponding experience in legal advice, litigation and debt collection Your quick comprehension and structured way of working allow you to answer complex questions efficiently and appropriately for the target group You enjoy standing in front of people and possess strong communication skills. You have the ability to build and maintain relationships in the long term You are characterized by strategic, analytical and tactical thinking as well as proactive action, thus keeping an overview of the big picture German language skills mandatory, Italian and/or ösisch are of great advantage What you can count on You can count on being gradually introduced to your tasks and professionally accompanied in the sense of a mentoring program.
