Your tasks The position involves broad outpatient activity as a senior physician with leadership and professional supervision of assigned assistant physicians and psychologists. You and your employees are responsible for conducting assessment interviews as well as the psychiatric-psychotherapeutic treatment of all psychiatric disorder patterns in the entire field of adult and geriatric psychiatry. You participate in the emergency, consultation, and liaison service of the care region. Your profile We expect from you several years of inpatient and outpatient psychiatric prior experience and advanced or completed psychotherapeutic training. You have the specialist title or specialist maturity for psychiatry and psychotherapy. You work independently and possess social competence in employee leadership as well as interest in psychiatric-psychotherapeutic activity and enjoyment of the best possible, responsible, and networked patient care.
