What you bring with you

Joy and talent for motivating and leading a team of insurance advisors
Proven track record in the financial services sector or in the insurance industry with a focus on non-life insurance
Passed intermediary examination (VBV) is required
Leadership experience desirable
Good German skills in speaking and writing, other foreign languages an advantage
Good networking and anchoring in the Solothurn region mandatory
Independent and goal-oriented way of working as well as high commitment and initiative
Assertiveness, communication strength and negotiation skills
Further training in the areas of insurance, sales and leadership desirable
