Graduate EMS Nurse at 80 %

Your mission To join a Genevois EMS, we are looking for a motivated and committed graduate nurse to ensure quality care for our residents. The position includes clinical activity with residents as well as a specific responsibility related to the management of the PLAISIR method, a tool for care assessment and planning. Your main responsibilities Nursing activity (40 %) Ensure nursing care for residents in compliance with good professional practices. Participate in the development, monitoring, and evaluation of personalized support projects. Coordinate interventions with the interdisciplinary team. Guarantee the quality and safety of the care provided. Participate in the management of complex situations and in supporting the teams. PLAISIR Referent (40 %) Ensure the monitoring and updating of PLAISIR assessments. Guarantee the quality and consistency of the entered data. Accompany teams in the application of the PLAISIR method. Participate in the analysis of care needs and their evolution. Collaborate with the nursing management and team leaders to optimize the organization of care. Contribute to audits, quality controls, and continuous improvement processes related to PLAISIR. Your profile HES Nurse diploma or a title deemed equivalent and recognized in Switzerland. Experience in geriatrics and/or in EMS is indispensable. Knowledge of the PLAISIR method or a strong interest in learning it. Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills. Comfort with IT tools and document management. Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and team spirit. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
