ICT Application Engineer - SAP SuccessFactors / HCM Do you want to not only maintain SAP SuccessFactors, but truly shape it? In our Application Services department, you will take responsibility for our entire HCM system landscape. You will develop it independently, bring HR and IT together, and ensure that our systems truly serve the people behind them. Your main tasks Support and customizing of the SAP SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central, Time Tracking, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Validated Learning as well as EC Payroll Ensuring the correct integration between SuccessFactors and peripheral systems: SAP FI/CO (ECP booking interface), SAP BTP / Integration Suite (CPI-iFlows), Swiss+ (payroll processing) and Jaycloud Structured recording, analysis and prioritization of requirements from the HR specialist department as well as independent implementation of small assignments Active exchange and coordination with internal stakeholders from HR and the supported country companies for the recording, clarification and follow-up of requirements and concerns Coordination and management of external suppliers Planning and coordination of user acceptance tests (UAT) together with key users from HR IT-side sub-project management for SuccessFactors releases, module expansions and migrations Your profile Degree in Business Informatics, Informatics (HF/FH), HR specialty with IT affinity or comparable qualification Sound, proven practical experience in configuration and customizing of SAP SuccessFactors, ideally in several modules (Employee Central, Payroll, Learning etc.) Experience in requirements analysis and collaboration with HR specialist departments; ability to mediate between HR needs and IT feasibility Knowledge of SAP BTP / Integration Suite (CPI) is an advantage Experience in managing external partners and implementation service providers Experience in a regulated environment (Medtech, Pharma) or GxP/CSV basic knowledge is an advantage Very good German and English skills Strong communication skills, structured and independent.
