Your daily work:

• Professional guest care before, during and after their stay
• Receipt and processing of bookings and reservations for excursions, city tours, travel arrangements, events, limousines as well as restaurants and hotels
• Responsible valet parking service
• Processing all incoming e-mails and creation of the in-house newsletter
• Supervision of interns, apprentices as well as trial learners

What we wish for from you:

• You have completed vocational training in the hotel industry or corresponding professional experience in a similar position
• Very good language skills in German and English as well as French is an advantage
• Always ready to go the extra mile for our guests and exceed expectations
• Driver's license category B
