To cope with the increase in activity related to vocational training, ICT-Formation professionnelle de Suisse occidentale (ICT-FPSO) must strengthen the service by hiring a new collaborator.

This new collaborator is expected to assist the Head of Training and participate in the training of apprentices.

• Professional commissioner. This role is very important in defining the profession for initial training.
• In addition to this role, ICT-FPSO wishes to strengthen its mission in supporting CIE, defining curricula and informing apprentices, as well as promoting the professions.

Commissioner activity:

• Monitor the quality of vocational training within companies.
• Instruct on the granting and withdrawal of authorization to train.
• Provide preliminary recommendations on the granting of authorization to train.
• Ensure that the conditions for granting the authorization to train awarded to a training company, in application of article 15 LVLFPr, are respected at all times.
• Collaborate with the apprentice advisor in the search for another initial vocational training or another training location in application of article 93, paragraph 3, letter b.
• Monitor the quality of inter-company courses.
• Submit contentious cases regarding authorization to train to the vocational training commission.

Support to CIE and initial training:

• Communicate information regarding the monitoring of apprentices (new contract, repetition, termination, etc.).
• Analyze and communicate the CIE to which apprentices must be registered.
• Organize any sessions related to access to CIE exams.
• Ensure constructive contact between CIE organizers and various external actors (authority, companies, schools, etc.).
• Organize information sessions intended for apprentices (new), parents, and apprenticeship masters.

Promotion of ICT professions and interface with umbrella organizations:

• Participate in various working sessions of umbrella organizations with a view to the evolution of initial training (ICT-BB, ISL, etc.).
• Report information and new directions to the "Training" commission of the GRI.
• Submit consultations on important elements of the evolution of the professions.
• Participation in presentation sessions for training sectors.
• Organization and presence at various career fairs.

Teaching:

• Participate in CIE selection sessions and their assignment.
• Participate in aptitude tests.
• Assist the Pedagogical Direction in the organization of curricula and resources.
• Teach within the framework of preparatory and continuing education.

Profile:

• CFC in mediamatics or an equivalent title
• Attestation for trainers in companies (CFFE) (possibility to acquire it during employment).
• Continuing or higher education in fields useful to the function.
• Several years of professional experience successfully completed in connection with the professions under their responsibility (principally min. 5 years).
• Good knowledge of the vocational training system, its legal framework and organization, as well as the Vaud economic environment.
• Driver's license indispensable.
