Background: As an automation engineer (d/f/m), you are part of the "Pharma Engineering Drug Product" circle at the Kaiseraugst location. We are responsible for innovative, GMP-compliant engineering as well as the reliable operation of complex production plants in galenics. In a modern working environment, we support our business partners from the first idea through to project implementation and life-cycle management of the systems. As an operations engineer in the solid area of the Launch Production in the LSL in Kaiseraugst, you are primarily responsible for the support of the plants in the life cycle and provide advice and assistance to operations for technical inquiries. Within the framework of operations engineering, conversion measures, problem solutions, and efficiency increases are implemented in direct cooperation with the customers. Orders and projects are processed without hierarchies in self-organized specialist teams with a new role-based working model. This requires a high degree of self-organization, foresight, and team spirit as well as pronounced communication skills. The perfect candidate has completed vocational training or a degree in the field of automation, electrical engineering, technical computer science, or a comparable discipline. At least five years of professional experience in process automation, ideally with a connection to the pharmaceutical industry, as well as sound knowledge in the GMP and GAMP environment are required. In addition, sound user knowledge of the automation software Siemens PCS7, S7, TIA, and WinCC is required. In addition to technical expertise, the ideal candidate is characterized by strong social competence, teamwork skills, as well as targeted communication and coordination strength, which enables confident interaction with stakeholders at all levels. The willingness to work in an agile and self-organized working environment is required. Very good German skills are mandatory; additional language skills in English and French are an advantage.
