We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented personality who will take over the lifecycle management of products and thereby make a positive contribution to profitability and customer satisfaction.

Tasks

• Responsibility for the lifecycle management of products
• Implementation of product changes according to internal processes and ensuring smooth integration
• Ensuring profitability for assigned products and initiating appropriate corrective measures
• Collaboration with Key Account Managers to promote customer loyalty and satisfaction
• Active promotion of an effective and proactive exchange of information within the company
• Support of the marketing team in increasing market presence and product awareness
• Participation in continuous product improvement in cooperation with the R&D and Operations departments

Profile

• Completed studies in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial or automotive engineering
• 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of product management or development
• Ability to represent customer needs internally and in product development
• Experience in leading complex projects, especially in the areas of product improvements and lifecycle management
• Proactive, innovative and entrepreneurial mindset
• Confident handling of ERP systems such as SAP or IFS as well as relevant process tools
• Very good German and English skills (Level C1-C2), French skills are an advantage
• Willingness for occasional business travel
