Senior Physician Nephrology 60 - 100% by arrangement Your area of responsibility * Together with the existing medical nephrology management, you will take over the specialist care of nephrological patients, especially with renal replacement procedures (hemodialysis, kidney transplantation). * You will conduct an independent consultation in the nephrological outpatient clinic. * You will ensure the specialist care of nephrological patients in the inpatient area. * You will take over the consultative specialist co-management within Spitäler fmi AG. * You will take on additional leadership and specialist responsibility as a Senior Physician and engage yourself in medical continuing education. * You will maintain close professional exchange within the team as well as with consulting physicians and other internal and external partners. * You promote interprofessional cooperation in the team and actively advocate for continuous quality development of the clinic. Your competencies * You have completed specialist training in Nephrology as well as General Internal Medicine (FMH or equivalent). * You bring sound knowledge and several years of professional experience in Nephrology, including expertise in dialysis procedures and transplantation medicine. * You possess a collaborative attitude with enjoyment of an appreciative, cross-disciplinary team culture. * You present yourself in an open-minded and cooperative manner when dealing with the referrers in the region. * You move confidently in dealing with national and international patients. * You communicate with stylistic confidence in German and very well in English. * You are committed to teaching and continuing education.
