Receptionist (Mon & Tue)

We are looking for a service-oriented and motivated personality, by arrangement, to strengthen our team in Zug. This is what you can achieve with us. • Receive visitors, customers, employees from other locations, and suppliers and notify internal contact persons • Issuing, managing, and returning visitor badges, temporary employee IDs, and contractor IDs • Ordering office supplies and coffee • Point of contact for all office questions • Responsible for orderliness in the reception area • Fast and reliable receipt and forwarding of telephone calls • Processing courier shipments • Booking and managing meeting rooms The assignments at our client (pharmaceutical industry) take place in two shifts (07:30 - 16.30 and 09:00 - 18.00). In the event of holidays, illness, and other absences, you will also step in for the entire week once in a while. This is what defines you. You describe yourself as a service provider out of inner conviction with an open and warm manner. Flexibility and reliability, independence, and quick comprehension are also among your character traits. Additionally, you bring the following: • Mandatory professional experience at reception as well as in a larger, multicultural service environment • Fluent language skills in English • Competent PC and MS Office skills • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Readiness and flexibility for multiple assignments during holiday and sickness absences in the team This is what we offer you.
