As part of the development of our activity in Romandie, Lausanne branch, we are looking for a

Sales Advisor - Smart Account and Internal Sales (100%)

possessing experience in customer contact. Technical knowledge in the field of electricity would be an asset. Profiles coming from commercial employee training or experience as an electrician are also welcome.

Your main responsibilities

Smart Account

• Manage a portfolio of existing clients
• Ensure regular follow-up of clients
• Develop and retain the clientele
• Identify client needs and propose adapted solutions
• Maintain a quality commercial relationship

Internal Sales

• Process customer orders
• Respond to requests and inform clients
• Manage complaints and ensure their follow-up
• Collaborate with the various internal services
• Participate in sales development

Your profile

• Commercial or technical training, ideally in the field of electricity
• Experience in customer contact and/or internal sales
• Ease with IT tools
• Excellent communication skills, by e-mail and by telephone
• Very good mastery of French, both spoken and written
• Knowledge of German constitutes an advantage
• Good negotiation skills
• Sense of service, autonomy and team spirit
• Interest in products and solutions in the electrical field
