Your role

You ensure the training and support of future drivers and actively contribute to maintaining a high level of safety and driving quality within our operation. You transmit your knowledge, accompany new employees during their integration, and participate in the continuous development of training processes.

Your tasks

• Train and accompany trainee drivers during their training path.
• Lead the project for the development of the internal driving school.
• Provide practical training for obtaining the category D permit.
• Provide theoretical and practical training for obtaining the trolleybus driving permit.
• Conduct driving tests and candidate evaluations.
• Organize additional training following accidents, incidents, or feedback.
• Ensure the continuous training of drivers.
• Participate in the improvement and development of training processes.
• Elaborate and update pedagogical materials in collaboration with the technical service.
• Advise employees on questions relating to traffic and operation.
• Occasionally perform driving services.
• Write and update training documentation in French and German.
• Develop and maintain relationships with training organizations and partner companies.

Your profile

• You possess a driving instructor diploma - category D, or you are about to obtain it.
• Professional experience in the training of bus drivers and ideally in adult education.
• Reliable, committed, flexible, responsible person with a good pedagogical sense.
• Natural leadership and excellent communication skills.
• Patience and the ability to support adults in training.
• Team spirit.
• Organization and autonomy.
• Good knowledge of French and German.
