Team Leader Logistics 100% (m/f/d)

at the location in Cham (Switzerland)

Your area of responsibility mainly includes the following activities:

• Management of the goods receipt, goods issue, warehouse area (planning and management 20%, active collaboration 80%)
• Planning of personnel resources (vacation, etc.)
• Recording of goods receipts (deputy)
• Recording of error messages (discrepancy during goods receipt / deputy)
• Storage of materials
• Processing of picking lists
• Picking of goods issues and production orders
• Checking of stock levels
• Overall responsibility for annual inventory
• Preparing various spare part kits
• Assistance with administrative tasks in the warehouse
• Warehouse optimization with regard to occupational safety and ergonomics
• Assistance and management of logistics projects

Your profile and our requirements:

• Completed training as a Logistics Specialist BP or equivalent
• Proven several years of professional experience and track record in a comparable position
• Verifiable good leadership experience
• Very good German skills in spoken and written
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications and proficiency in handling an ERP system
• Enthusiastic motivator with good communication skills
• Quick comprehension, assertiveness and high solution orientation
• Exemplary leadership style
