In the heart of the Vaud Alps, the resorts of Villars, Gryon and Les Diablerets welcome thousands of visitors every winter coming to enjoy the 100 km of slopes in an exceptional setting. Even before putting on their skis, our customers' experience begins at the cash desk, where a clear, efficient and warm welcome makes all the difference.
To guarantee this essential first contact and ensure the sale of transport tickets at our facilities, we are looking for our future Cashier for the 2026–2027 winter season.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
Welcome, inform and guide customers with courtesy
Carry out the sale of transport tickets (tickets, ski passes, etc.)
Collect payments and manage the cash register with rigor
Monitor the proper functioning of the vending machines and report any anomaly
Answer telephone calls and emails from customers or partners
Your profile:
Experience in a similar position or in contact with customers
Good ease with standard IT tools
Knowledge of the Skidata tool (an asset)
Sense of service, reliability, good resistance to stress
French as a native language, excellent knowledge of German and/or English
Employment contract: Fixed-term contract (CDD) for the ski season, from early December 2026 to mid-April 2027 (depending on snow conditions), with an activity rate of 70 to 100% depending on the contracts.
