Act as a subject matter expert, supporting colleagues and sharing your knowledge to foster collaboration and innovation within the team. As a technical expert, you support business operations and customers and represent the team in internal and external technical forums. Contribute to the intellectual property strategy, identify risks, and support effective risk management in R&D projects. Requirements: Master's degree in mechanical engineering, physics, or a related field. 5-10 years of experience in research and development or engineering, preferably in the field of high-voltage equipment or components. Sound technical knowledge in the design and development of high-voltage components (experience with bushings is an advantage). Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Sound understanding of business processes and R&D environments. Proven experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration. Basic understanding of intellectual property aspects in research and development.
