Junior Product Manager: Car Shuttle

You help ensure that travelers pass through the Alps with their car without disruption - from Kandersteg to Iselle. With your commitment, you ensure that the car shuttle trains roll on time, processes function smoothly, and customers can plan reliably. In this way, you actively contribute to making mobility sustainable, safe, and comfortable - and make a noticeable contribution every day to strong connections and relaxed travel! ### What awaits you: • Support in the offer planning and further development for the sub-products Autoverlad Lötschberg and Simplon, in particular development of car shuttle timetables and ordering of tracks • Responsibility for internal and external billing customers and the product LKW Pass • Execution of spot and quality checks in the sales process (e.g., tariff application, process conformity) and support in the definition and implementation of improvement measures • Co-responsibility for the technical availability of systems and displays (troubleshooting) • Collaboration on external damage cases at the sales facilities • Ensuring construction site communication as well as support and further development of advertising platforms at the car shuttle • Management and implementation of smaller projects and line projects and collaboration in cross-departmental projects What you bring with you: • Commercial or business administration training (HF/FH an advantage) and experience in product management, in public transport, in tourism, or in the mobility environment • Ideally experience in project management • Joy in a combination of conceptual, project-related, and operational activity and direct influence on the quality of the offer and the customer experience • Networked and cross-departmental thinking as well as an independent, reliable way of working • Strong communication skills and a confident appearance, paired with a high service and customer orientation • Resilience and flexibility in a sometimes turbulent environment • Business fluent German, English and/or Italian is an advantage Your advantages - what you can look forward to: • Receive a GA 2nd class, a GA 1st class, or a Half Fare travelcard. • Work where it suits you best.
