Sometimes you are on the sales floor finding the dream bicycle for a child, sometimes you are in the workshop making a bike ready to go. Learning on the job: You don't need to be a professional mechanic. We will show you the precise steps so that you can perform smaller services, adjustments, and repairs independently and safely. Full integration: From day one, you are a full member of our equipe in Stans. You take on responsibility and actively help shape the success of our branch. This job is NOT for you if... You only want to concentrate on one thing (we are looking for someone who likes both sales and service). Customer contact is a horror to you and you would rather hide in the workshop all day. You need rigid "top-down" structures and wait for others to make all decisions for you. You are not willing to work on Saturday (because that is exactly when our athletes depend on us the most). Your everyday life with us (Your tasks) Advice \& Sales: You are the first point of contact in our bicycle department. You recognize the needs of customers and sell bikes including suitable accessories. Service \& small repairs: You make the bicycles ready for the customers (assembly, adjustments of gears/brakes, attaching accessories) and perform simple safety checks. Merchandise presentation: You ensure that the sales floor shines, the bikes are presented cleanly, and the shelves are always well-filled. Profile: What we expect from you Experience \& Career change: Ideally, you have experience in sales or simply a large heart for cycling. Your passion and your manual dexterity count! Service orientation: You like helping people and enjoy both advising and getting hands-on practically. Reliability: We make no compromises on safety. You work conscientiously, cleanly, and organized. Team spirit: Without hesitation, you also help out at the cash register or in other departments when hands are needed. Passion for sport: You actively participate in sports yourself and know your material. This makes your advice authentic. Language skills: You master German perfectly (main language in our branch in Chur). Any additional language is a plus.
