To complete our management team, we are looking for a committed person with a workplace in Appenzell as Your tasks ## • * Responsibility for AVOR and production planning • * Implementation and development of an integrated capacity and resource planning • * Ensure delivery capacity, profitability and reliability of planning • * Analysis of production indicators as well as definition and implementation of optimization measures regarding future production plans • * Management of the production program and guarantee of high planning discipline throughout the value chain • * Direction and development of the AVOR/production planning team • * Maintenance and updating of QM documentation in the area of responsibility • * Conducting the daily planning meeting as well as occasional participation in shift handovers • * Participation in digitalization and optimization projects • Your profile ## • * EFZ professional training with continuing education (BP/HF), ideally in the field of food technology • * Several years of management experience, preferably in the food industry • * Organizational talent, communication skills and ability to persuade • * Pronounced quality awareness as well as a strong service orientation • * Analytical, connected and solution-oriented mindset • * Very good knowledge of German orally and in writing, French is an asset • * Strong IT affinity and pleasure in using production and planning systems *
