The Social Services ensure through their work in the five social centers that people in the city of Zürich can rely on effective basic social care. For the intake at the Sozialzentrum Helvetiaplatz, we are looking for reinforcement immediately or by arrangement. Tasks ## • You comprehensively clarify the concerns within the framework of economic and personal social assistance for clients. • You offer short-term financial support with the goal of professional and social integration. • You are responsible for triage, networking and coordination and initiate immediate measures in the areas of social assistance and crisis intervention. • You work together with neighborhood teams, specialist agencies, authorities and social insurance providers. • You are administratively supported by clerks, can draw on the knowledge of internal specialist agencies and work closely with your colleagues in the team Profile ## • Degree in Social Work (FH) with specialization in Social Work, completed or shortly before graduation (applications from students in their final year are expressly welcome) • Knowledge of the legal basics and procedures of economic social assistance as well as ideally first experience in their practical application • Commercial flair and good knowledge of financial topics • Rapid perception of complex situations and ability to take on different roles in counseling • Joy in working with people and good handling of contradictory expectations We offer ## An interesting temporary task in a dynamic working environment with social relevance.
