We are looking for specialist staff (HF/FH) for the day shift. You choose your workload in hourly or monthly wages.
Nursing Specialist FH/HF
YOUR TASKS
You help shape the nursing processes and coach others in practical implementation
You support and advise the teams and participate in nursing and care by taking over nursing in rapidly changing or demanding nursing situations
You actively participate in the control, design, and documentation of the nursing process according to RAI criteria
(interRAI LTCF)
You assess resident situations correctly and derive the individual nursing needs accordingly
You are co-responsible for doctor visits, medication management, and the implementation of complex medical and paramedical measures
YOUR PROFILE
You have a degree as HF/FH, DN II, or AKP in nursing
You have an independent and self-reliant way of working and great organizational skills
You enjoy participating in and contributing to change and development processes
With your empathetic and positive personality, you are a role model in the team
